1) In order to bid, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. 2) Bids may be accepted between the auction open and auction close times as indicated on the auction page. Bidding will be open from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT at the event to participate in the bidding process. 3) When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase the item if you are the highest bid at the time the item closes. 4) If you are a winning bidder, you agree to pay the full amount of your winning bid. Winning bidder agrees to cover the processing fee of 2.9% of final bid + $0.30. This processing fee will tally when you pay for your item. 5) All bids are final. Similarly, all purchases are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items unless otherwise noted or warranted. 7) Payment shall be made by credit and debit cards accepted by our payment processor. 8) Items and certificates will be delivered as noted within the item description. 9) The Seller reserves the right to add or withdraw, without notice, items to or from the auction. 10) Seller has attempted to describe and catalog all items correctly, but all items are offered "as is" and "where is." Seller neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for, the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. The values listed are estimates only, and are not warranted for tax purposes or fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless specifically otherwise noted. 11) Each registered bidder assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising therefrom Seller, its elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneers, the auction software company and its agents and employees, event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
All of the items that you won will need to be picked up at the event. If you won a big item, please make arrangements for pick up since these items may not be physically at the event.
